Shipping, Terms & Conditions - Ticket Print

We aim to ship your goods within 2 working days if the items are in stock.
In the case of low stock of a certain product, delivery can take longer. If delivery time is likely to be excessive, we will let you know so you can for example choose a replacement product (eg colour or format of paper).
We use differing delivery methods mainly depending on weight and cost. At the checkout you can choose which delivery method you require.
We ship to the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. Delivery time will vary depending on the country you are in.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any taxes or duties incurred on shipments to countries other than the UK are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

For those purchasing tickets, special delivery or courier services are recommended. These are both trackable service and a signature will be required on delivery. If you choose standard 1st class mail the tickets will be sent as quickly as with the other services. If they go astray however we have no way of tracking their whereabouts.

Returns
In the event your tickets are not as you ordered, contact us in the first instance. Where information has been wrongly printed and there is no, or insufficient, time to reprint the tickets then you are entitled to a full refund. In cases where we are wholly responsible for the error then you will not be responsible for return postage costs. We cannot give refunds where goods have been ordered for an event that has since been cancelled or postponed.

Plain wristbands can be returned for a full refund if for any reason you are not satisfied. With printed wristbands, the same terms apply as for the tickets
